Help with adjusting the Cloak please.

Hi, The Cloak is not line up right on the character. Where do I go to fix this? Please be more in details when explaining of how to fix this. I would appreciate your help thank you!

This files have a way to make gemmed items? Or it has been developed in other more recent versions?

I have copied Admiral Cloak from other server, pretty much like u mentioned.
I'm using this (the sv I'm taking this has 7 lvl cloak so all the same):

Also using the textures, model, etc.
But when I equip it in any space in my inventory it doesn't work, doesnt give stats or glow.

Even using the same you mentioned it doesnt work.
Could you advise me? Maybe the sv files doesn't support this yet or what?

You may be missing the sceneffectinfo lines/effects.

Checked this also but still not working.
I attach the sceneffectinfo and the iteminfo I'm using, would be great if u can check it.

The iteminfo lines are the lasts of the file.
I've tried with bot Lv1-7 Cloak and also with Admiral Cloak (ID: 8001-8007 and 9000)

Also they don't give any stat, not even the effect/visuals.

Then you'll have problems with improving the cloak and adding stats to it. And then you'll need a ModuleStatev or something else.
