I managed to sort it out; now I'm migrating everything from the old, modified server I had to the new one. It's running stably at 30, 60, 75, and 120 fps.
I'm doing this locally on my PC—I haven't uploaded anything yet since I'm still testing; I'm handling it all on my own.
