In this case I think people who have this knowledge can make solo what do you want.
But if you are looking for people who have the desire to do a project while learning from scratch and working together is another thing.

Cuz for example:
10+ years ago I had my own project.

But Im using old forums for learning. Without team without donate. 30 people played , after 10, after 3. And server is die.
Without knowledge or tram I can’t hold this project.
But now, I steel wish reborn all my idea.
And try to start something. Just for learning , just for my people and for guys who want to see free world of pirates. Without 100% donate.
Server for my soul like hobby, maybe at future like project with money.
If you ready to “play” for long - we can contact with you. For the interview.
But my English - is not perfect for 100% communities.
