How to enable skills and normal attacks when riding a mount?

does anyone know where to edit to get normal attack and skills to be use while riding a mount? For some reason, the file server i have doesn't allow skills or attack to use while riding a mount.

There are no animations for this. If you enable attacks and skills on a mount, it will be silly, stupid, and ugly.

well people ruined mount content by making it attack's etc
mount when i made it was suppose a ride option for higher msp , and that's how mmorpg works , mounts = speed up . no attacks at all
then people start allowing it inside pk, mazes , and fked up all the content of it , just to milk people money lol

i want to hide mount when skills and attack are being use, then mount pop back on after skills and attack are done casting. does you guys know how to make that work? i know it look silly but some servers use that, and it looks fine for me.

But the source code already has that function; when you attack, you dismount, and for mounts to attack, they must have the animation.

i was able to make the character attack and hide the mount but the character is not standing on the ground. it is attacking from the mount height. if you know the right source code, can you be more specific and maybe show it? it will help a lot.
