There are a a lot of .bin files that i can't decompile because they are BOKP header or other things. Are there any decompilers that can actually decompile all .bin? is this even possible? please help guide if you can.

each server using it own encrypted bins so no there is no tools to decrypt all bins nowadays , and if you have your own files/source u don't need tools u can write simple script to decompile your own bins
