Also, lots of people nowdays uses AI to aid/asisst in server setups, to bug fixing/new feature implementations, so that can be super helpful aswell.

UPD: I've decompiled it and it runs on Unity, the binary compiled with Mono means C# sources are easily obtainable

UPD2: It contains garner map and a lot of HD versions of the textures. Most of the game objects and items kept their original name and were converted to Unity prefabs.

I haven't finished decompiling it yet, Unity is taking awhile to run assets import. Will do once I'm done.
