Experience in Rendering in Top?

Has anyone ever done development towards the game pipeline rendering aswell as work on lighting/Shadows for the game?
a few years back i tried to experiment around with the general game rendering, but i obviously stumbeled upon a million issues with the limitations of how the pipeline worked and such.

Anyone made any cool developments over the years with this kind of stuff?

Shadows are indeed possible but for that you would need DX9 (DirectX), I have seen a few servers like Pirates Online & Kraken Online that has them, a few months ago I have started migrating from DX8 to DX9, and with that create a shadow map, this is the result

My previouse experience in last game been with this dx. Old version updated to new DX. With a shodows , 200+ fps , finding your GeForce card in setting game and you can on/off this setting. That’s was awesome. On this forum are we can found how to do this update or not ?
Cuz how I know - this is very hard job.

Yea. Im understood this. But “maybe” anytime I can ask gpt, but maybe someone can explain basic.
Of course- any job may be paid. For sure.

For me most important again start my project and start understanding how it’s works. Cuz last my try was more then 10 years ago with 1.36 client.
