1. In the jurisdiction of which state are you? International court is a very expensive pleasure. 99% that no one will sue you for a server for 100 players.

1. I am from Germany. I hope it would be around 100 people because in the past I had such server and a lot of fun with the community. I want to make a bit more professional and long living.
2. That means also to change the whole assets, models, music and maps. So the nostalgic gets lost or not? I have changed the main map and the story but not the assets, models and music which is a lot of work and not my speciality.

The worst-case scenario is that the franchise owner—whose costumes are being used—might contact you, but the likelihood of that is extremely low. If you are worried, you can host the server in countries where taking legal action against you would be very difficult and where there would be no way to contact you.
